How many calories does this contain?
1 teaspoon nescafe 100% instant coffee
2 packets “sweet thing” sugar substitute
2 ounces water
500 ml of crushed ice
(all blended together to make iced coffee,,yum)
how many calories does this contain? & will this drink cause me to gain weight?
Based on the recipe, this has minimum calories – you should not be concerned with calories in this case – the caffeine in the coffee will offset the calories by your increase in energy. It will also not cause you to gain weight.
