Can I loose weight drinking lots of water?
I eat fiber and multi grains fruits salads chicken grilled I eat 1200 too 1400 max a day I drink like 8 liters a water a day is that good too loose weight more water I can not exercise only walk had surgery on leg that’s why can nit run I walked like a mile yesterday slowly but walked.. I can not walk that much everyday but i try little by little … I have gym membership I jog in pool… Or walk in pool… I eat no fast food I take laxative teas everyday organic still can not loose much weight if I have irregular period does that have too do with it at all…
I started dieting about 2 weeks ago and all the literature I’ve read and advice I’ve received has said that one major key to weight loss it to drink lots of water. I finally got myself up to almost a whole gallon a day. It’s hard, especially when it makes you pee like 20 times a day but it’s worth it when you start seeing results.
ETA: Why are you taking the laxative teas every day? That’s totally not necessary and probably not very healthy. You’re not allowing your body utilize those fluids and nutrients properly.
