did i do ok on my diet today?
i ate breakfast( a bowl of special K)(1130am)
had a water bottle
ran up and down stairs for 3 minutes
glass of green tea
had 1 cup of coffee
ate 1/2 cup of cottage cheese(3:30pm)
came home from work and had 1 peice of toast with a little mustard ham and turkey. green tea and an organic granola bar(9:00pm)
im going for a walk tonite for about 20 minutes
i know it does seem like a lot i wasnt that hungry today because of all the stuff i drank lol thankk youuu =)
any suggestions are appreciated

you need to eat more fruits and veggies, please
