I want to make an orange coffee liqueor?
I will be using vodka, should I opt for a higher quality vodka or would a medium quality suffice?
if you’re making liqueor use the cheap stuff. the flavors you add will completely mask the taste of the vodka especially if you are flavoring with orange. the citrus will completely cover it.
i make lots of different kinds like fake kalua with sugar and instant coffee and huckleberry with fresh berries suspended in a huge glass jar in cheese-cloth and a ton of sugar. the quality of the booze you use does not effect the flavor of the finished product.
