not loosing weight, how can I loose faster?
For last more than one week I am trying to loose weight, here is what I am eating
Breakfast: 1 wheat Tortilla with half cup yogurt (with sweetener) or cereal with milk and tea (with 2tb spoon milk)
Coffee with milk
Lunch: Salad (tomatos, cucumber, some kidney beans or garbanzo beans, pepper pickle)
Coffee with milk
Dinner: 1 wheat Tortilla with 1 cup yogurt (sometime sweet or sometime salty) and 1 orange and 1 pear or apple.
and I workout on elliptical machine for 20-25 min., and some weight lifting machines. (total I burn almost 250-350 calories).
I did not loose even 1 lb in one week, so I was very disappointed and dont know what I am doing wrong. Am I eating too much? please help

dont worry it just takes time for you body and metabolism to adjust to your health change, keep at it and the weight will soon start coming off.
i would suggest to cut down on the caffine though because research has actually found that it can hinder weight loss:

and try more balanced dinner like fish or chicken with salad/ vegetables!
