Would you go out with a guy who didn’t really care for music, didn’t drink alcohol & didn’t drink coffee?

I met him over the Internet and we’re supposed to go out tomorrow night for our first date. We’ve only emailed each other a couple of times so I know really nothing else about him except what his profile states which is that he likes to cook and likes to travel. He seems boring to me. I love music to death, love to drink alcohol & love coffee. I asked him if he was funny, which is really important to me and he said, “I can be.” Do you think these are deal breakers? Thanks.

I don’t really think so… I know the saying where it says “opposites attract” but that might be a bit too boring for your tastes. You have to think, what’re you going to do when you go out partying or even listening to music while driving? Is he going to enjoy it? Can’t really share a song either if he doesn’t care… lol. Coffee I don’t really care for either, I’ll drink it, but I can live without it. Though just because he said he CAN be funny doesn’t mean he WILL…

But hey, this is what dating is about! Go ahead and get to know him, see what he’s really like and get to know him. You may have more in common than what you don’t have. Though if this is all through the internet, you should be extra careful. There’s all these creepy people out there.

Oh, and I’m not giving the answer to where I would go out with a guy… because I wouldn’t. Because I’m a guy lol. But just giving some advice!
