What does French Roast Coffee Taste Like? What is is flavored? Bitter? Is it a dark, medium or light roast?
I am doing a coffee stall at a craft fair and I want to know what is the best tasting coffee, I have already bought Millstone French Roast Coffee. Is breakfast blend better? HELP!
Millstone French Roast is very good. French Roasts are a dark roast, one of the darkest, except maybe Italian Roast. I prefer dark roasts to light roasts myself, but everybody has their own taste.
I’m a huge coffee freak, and I reccomend using an organic coffee. Any of the ones available at your grocer will do. If you brew with filtered water, you’ll notice a definitive difference between the two. Perhaps that could be part of your demonstration?
If you’re looking to please the most people with one kind of coffee, choose a medium roast, such as Columbian. That happens to be my favorite medium roast, and consentually, I’ve heard many other people enjoy this as well.
Coffee should never be bitter. If it is, you’re brewing cheap, bad coffee, or brewing it wrong.
