is there a big difference between semi sweet and milk chocolate chips?
i want to make no bake cookies but i pick up milk chocolate chips and the recipe say semi sweet will it make a big difference if i use the milk chocolate chips?
the amount of sugar. Semi-sweet has less, so it’s better for melting and using in baking b/c it’s less likely to burn.
If you make choc. chip cookies w/ milk, they will still come out, they will just be sweeter, rather than balancing semi-sweet choc w/ the sweet cookie.
