how to season raw macadamia to salted macadamia nut?
Hi, my cousin sent me raw macadamia. I love salted macadamia nuts. Does anyone knows how to salt those raw macadamia into delicious one like ready bought?

sprinkle with sea salt then place evenly in a single layer on an oven tray. roast in a medium temp oven until they are golden brown. you could add some chilli or paprika for a different flavour. No need to add oil as the natural oil will come out of the nut when heated.
