Is it okay for me to be drinking coffee?
I am 15 and edging on 16 and I was wondering whether it was fine or even in anyway beneficial for me to be drinking coffee at my age? I have been drinking 1-2, to even on the very rare, concentration needed or flu occasion 3 cups of coffee a day. I just find it helps me perform at my peak at school, especially when completing a test and makes me more determined to get active and gives me a boost when I am sick. So again I am just wondering whether this coffee intake is fine or possibly beneficial for me at my age. Oh and also, I do not have any sugar in my coffee at all and I usually only have lite milk or no milk at all in my coffee, oh but I do drink milk so just so you know I do not have a calcium imbalance. Anyway so advice will be appreciated

i drank coffee at your age. there really isn’t anything beneficial about drinking it. the caffeine gives you a boost. be careful, you can become addicted! but i don’t really see a problem with you drinking a couple cups a day. :]
