Is there any difference between drinking a herbal lemon tea & drinking lemon juice with hot water?
Reading over easy detox methods & was just wondering if drinking herbal tea is the same as drinking the lemon juice with hot water. Also would you add sugar to the hot water & lemon juice for taste? The website I looked it up on said that was ok, but I’m not sure. I normally don’t use sugar in my teas, honey yes, sugar no. Thanks
Yes, there is a difference. Lemon juice & hot water is exactly that. Herbal lemon tea is made from grated lemon zest (peeling) and Lemon scented Geranium leaves steeped in hot water. Sweetness is optional.
