Ok why am I already hungry?? What is wrong with me??? 
this is what I’ve had…..?
It’s 11:30 a.m. Since 8:30 a.m. I’ve had a can of Starbucks Double Shot Energy + Coffee…. a “Bagelfuls” (bagel stick filled with cream cheese)… and a medium banana.
Why do I have hunger pains already??? I’m drinking water right now, and didnt want to have lunch until 1:00… I’m trying to lose 20 lbs! =(
You’re hungry because you basically ate crap for breakfast.
Tomorrow eat 2 eggs, whole grain toast, some peanut butter, a piece of fruit and if you must, a very small regular coffee.
You’ll never lose weight if all you eat is caffeine and carbs. You need protein for your muscles and metabolism.
