Can 5 – 10 lbs dumbells improve muscles, or are they too light?
I am 15, and I am very physical, but I don’t lift weights. Will 5 or 10 pound dumbells help, or will I have to bump it up higher?
If you want lean muscles, they’ll work. But if you want to build muscle mass then you should use much more.
