How to lose weight if your parents aren’t letting you?
Ok so here we go. My family is jamaican. which means lots of jamaican food. i eat it every night, and it makes me gain weight, but i do too. when i eat i kind of fill myself up especiallt on the weekends and sometimes after school (2 eggs 2 pieces of bread and juice/water). i wanna lose weight because im not happy with my self. i mean i would love to workout but my parents wont help me i asked for the ab circle pro but my mom still wont get it( even though she keeps telling me to lose weight!) and there not that encouraging either so if im going to lose weight (20-30 lbs) so can you guys help me. better eating habits, how to work out and btw cant go outside not really aloud (safety issues) and its cold. right now i wanna lose 10 pounds in 2 wks. all your opinions are helpful thank you
You can make a schedule on when you eat.
Like try not to eat pass 5 at night.
Eat smaller portions,and drink water before ever meal.
try to eat the most healthy thing on the plate.
try to brisk walk for 45 minutes every other day.
I understand what your going through. If possible drink only water.
at first you might feel hungry,but it will only last about 3 days. your stomach will be going through an adjustment,but your not starving. you will lose weight just distant yourself for a few days.
