My parents just gave us 57 lbs of fresh sausage, any good recipes using the stuff?
I plan on making some breakfast burritos and freezing them, but not 57 lbs worth. Any cool, and different recipes using sausage would be appreciated. Thanks!
I forgot to mention that it’s ground sausage.
List of things I eat;
Sausages choopped into an omlette it tastes so nice!
Try hotdogs maybe?
Make a meat sub on a stick
chop the sausage up with different spicy or veg u can eat raw and put it on a stick like the hippy people do at campfires

ooo sausage on a cocktail stick and wrap mini cooked pieces of bacon, I don’t like bacon but I’ve heard people love it!

My favourite is cooking a sausage or two in a pan when its done i chop it up and add it into the already whisked eggs and a spoonful of milk and mix it a little then put it in the pan after oil is heated and let it cook then flip it over until brown
