Does anyone know the benefits of Kombucha tea or is it all hype?
Just like any health product or even pills, the results will very from person to person. There are many crazy claims out there for what kombucha does. I say try it and see how it effects you.
It can work on many levels, by detoxing the organs, balancing the metabolism, and the biggest plus providing the pro-biotic that our body needs which most people are lacking because most of our food is dead and contains no nutrients. Some will see results others won’t, but it is still working behind the scenes.
