how many calories did i eat today? is it bad what i ate?
breakfast- a cup of special k cereal with fat free organic milk and a grande skinny caramel latte at starbucks
snack – cup of fat free frozen chocolate yogurt
lunch/dinner – a veggie burger on whole wheat bread with ketchup and mustard with waldorf salad and steamed broccoli with sweet and sour sauce
snack – coffee with non dairy french vanilla dry creamer

im 15. a girl. i am 5’9 and i weigh 112
im on a 1200 calorie diet and i exercise almost everyday
by my really rough estimation you had maximum 1000 calories. which is way too little. i want to let you know, from my experience, that PLEASE do not fall into anorexia. i know that you think of the typical anorexic as eating like 0-10 calories per day (and believe me, ive been there) but anorexia is not just about how little you eat, it is the whole mindset and preoccupation with weight, control, and safety – inpatient eating disorder clinics accept people who eat up to 1600 calories per day!. please, if you feel that you are at risk – which you may by being concerned about eating less than 1000 calories, please don’t fall into it. it really sucks (and that is putting it lightly)
