Nettle Tea how well does it work and its properties?
hey all
ive heard about nettle tea and my mum says it can “clear out your body” or something like that so how well does it do that and unclogging arteries i am 16 (so im invincible) 
but this would be good for when i get older if its any good i will drink i jug of the stuff and then go have a few more cheese burgers : )
its got tons of vitamins and minerals, helps with coughs, allergies, skin complaints. I drink it as a tea (it tastes awful so mix it with a lot of honey/sugar) when I feel bloated or weak, and no energy. heres some info:
