Is jasmine green tea better for you then water?
hi, i know that jasmine green tea increases your metabolism and reduces your appetite, but i was just wondering, is it better for you then water? in terms of losing weight, like should i replace the water i drink daily with jasmine green tea, such as bringing a bottle of chilled tea instead of water to school. thanks
water is very essential for our human bodies hence, u have to drink it and in hot whether like in school.. it will cool your body. a jasmine or a green tea is good after meals as especially green tea will take all the oil in your body..and is very good..
so have them both.. but my mum always says that u need plenty of cups of water..everyday..
so do that for a healthy lifestyle
