How can I become skinny like japanese girls?

Hello, I am a 14 year old girl. I weigh 140, height 5’3, and I want to be skinny like a Japanese girl.
Sounds silly I know but I want to feel better and lighter. I want to at least weigh 115!
Can anyone tell me how to accomplish my goal? Because I really want to be lighter.
And I really don’t want to sound like a stereotype. Sorry no offense or anything:)
I’m not saying I’m fat, more like a little chubby, like I still have baby fat.
I do eat a lot of meat like, beef, fried chicken, etc. Would it help if I ate lighter foods like;
jasmine rice, fish, noodles, lean meats, veggies, fruits, and cut out all this fatty meat?
And if I drank 3-4 cups of decaf green tea and drank lots of water?
Plus if I ran 1-3 miles a day 5-6 times a week with some strength training for 3 days out of the week,
would I reach my goal of 115 pounds then?
Please don’t write answers like “you shouldn’t try and be that skinny”
I want answers that will help in the best way possible.
