Theme for my chili in a chili cookoff?
I’m competing in a chili cookoff on Saturday. There’s a winner for best decorated table. So I’m trying to figure out a way to decorate my table, and i’m having a block here! Any good ideas on how to decorate my table?
My chili has a couple interesting ingredients (beer, coffee, and wasabi) so I was thinking of playing this off as a theme. I thought maybe “the hangover remedy” or “japanese hangover remedy” and having a dude act drunk/passed out, and have a sharpie marker handy so people could write/draw on his white shirt. Maybe bring some sake, let people do sake bombs with him? I’ve also got a moped, i think if i stick the moped by the table that’ll really get the point across.
What do you think? Any good ideas? how do you like my idea?
