Can i freeze a pork butt roast in marinade?
The bigger question is will it be any good.
I have a dilemma as someone i like is maybe coming over tonight for dinner. I have a small 1.5 pound butt roast that i have been marinading in an Italian dressing and spices marinade.
Would it be ok to just freeze it if her plans change and cannot make it? I dont really want to ‘waste’ the whole meal i had planned on just myself.

sure can, wrap in saran wrap and foil. When ready to cook, defrost in the refrigerator over night and it will be good to go. Like the idea of Italian dressing, sure that will taste great. Thanks for the idea.
