What brand CAPPUCCINO/Expresso machine is good for a commercial coffee shop?
I am opening up a caffe (Italian coffee shop) and am looking for a good CAPPUCCINO/EXPRESSO machine. A commercial one! Anyone know which brand is good! I want to use my own kind of coffee!

Any espresso machine is good if it is backed up by a good customer support dept. Personally Yahoo answers is NOT the place you should be asking this question. Check out the coffee related websites like Coffee Geek and others. Join, read, ask, and then know, in THAT order. Make sure you read and not just ask, the answers are probably already there without you asking.
Next best thing is buy a used one off Craigslist and mess with a bit and figure out which features you want and need and which you do not want and need. Best teacher is experience…
I picked up a commercial machine off CL for $400 and I have made great espressos, took it apart to see how it works, put it back, played with it and learned a TON. The business environment is a bad place to start experimenting but hey, play all you want at home.
p.s. High end home machines cost $500 on up so $400 ain’t bad at all…
p.p.s. You need to buy a good grinder too, expect to pay more for that…
