My dishwasher leaves a white film on cups, why is this and how do I fix it?
It just started doing this recently. I even tried to use jet dry rinse stuff, but that didnt work either. I’ve been using the same detergent too, and it never did this in the past. Im afraid to drink out of my glasses now. The white film especially show up on insulated coffee mugs.

try a product called Glisten. about $3.
it is in the same aisle as the dish soap.
comes in a box the size of Lipton Soup.
cleans the washer jets, the inside of the washer and will work on your dishes too.
run an EMPTY load to clean the washer. a FULL load to get the gunk off the glasses.
turn on your kitchen faucet and let the water get as HOT as possible. then run the washer.
i do this twice a year.
