how many teabags to get same caffeine as coffee?
Hello all,
I’m currently drinking instant coffee by mixing 1 tablespoon in hot fluid. This gets me through the day.
If I switch to black tea (Lipton), should I make 2 tea bags to get the equivalent caffeine i need. Do I need to double the amount of hot water in this case?
