Weddings… are tealights in metal cups safe as centerpieces? ?
I want an inexpensive option to add more light and color to the tables without the crazy cost, and thought 100 tea lights for $4 would be perfect… To get the tall tea light glass containers would jack up the price quite high… I was thinking of either putting a few around the rose vases… These are long rectangular tables (8 seaters), but are they safe?

You can get votive cups for 33c each at Walmart in the craft section and they are tall enough to enclose the flame of a tealight. Yes they are very safe.
