Are plastic pitchers bad to drink from? Safe alternatives?
I know that plastic water bottles are bad to drink from, but what about the plastic pitchers at walmart or a store like that? I have a $3 pitcher i got at walmart that I use to keep iced tea in during the summer and I was wondering if they were shown to leach or anything like that. Are there safe cheaper alternatives besides spending $30 on a stainless steel one?
Thanks
That’s a myth. Even plastic water bottles are perfectly safe to refill and drink from (see links below). Go ahead and use the plastic pitcher.
