Iced coffee at home-the Best
Being a coffee lover if it is hot or cold, I always like to experience the fresh roasted taste and flavor of the grains coffee.
Find an iced coffee that meets this requirement in a cafe is hard, so I have the perfect recipe iced coffee you can do and enjoy at home.
1. To make the blend of coffee, (with your favorite coffee, of course), always use freshly ground coffee. If you do not have a coffee grinder with a spice grinder is sufficient. Instant coffee is not recommended for the best iced coffee at home.
2. The espresso machine, coffee stove top espresso or plunger 200 ml of black coffee. If you do not have any of these coffee makers at home, line a funnel with a paper napkin white 2 tablespoons freshly ground coffee and pour 30ml of hot water through.
3. Once the black coffee is cool, add 25mls of vanilla syrup.
4. If you do not have handy at home syrup, mix ¼ cup water and ¼ cup sugar, boil until sugar is dissolved. When cool add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
5. You may need to adjust the quantities to ensure you have your coffee tasting ice cream as you like.
In a glass high, pour the coffee mixture. Again, the amount being poured depends on how strong you like your coffee
Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Add milk to just below the top of the glass. Swirl in the cream and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Now, sit back and sip your iced coffee. It is truly unique.
