I’ve been coughing,sneezing my head is all stuffed up.My throat hurts I can’t swallow a thing.?
Feels like something got stuck in my throat.I also had light fever .I feel tired!
what shoul I eat(Vegitarain)/drink?Though I’ve been drainking lots or water and tea with ginger/honey/black pepper etc..
My friend said eat some icecream and pineapple he is kidding right??
Maybe you catching a bad cold or an infection in your throat.Continue drinking plenty of fluids.You can rinse your throat with lemon juice mixed with water.Also you can drink hot natural lemonade mostly in the nights.Don’t do what your friend said.I hope you get well soon.
