Is this a good diet plan for loosing 10 pounds in 2 months?
The only thing i ever drink is water (not kidding) so i dont have to worry about that. I add lemon every now and then for the vitamen C and flavor
For breakfeast-
Apple and Oatmeal
For lunch-
Some Fruit and a low fat/calorie sandwhich
(maybe switch out the sandwhich for mac&cheese or something one day, only one serving though)
For dinner-
Fruit and Vegatables(steamed) and whatever my parents are cooking
(so long as its not high in calorie/fat or ill eat like a sandwhich (i like sandwhiches : ) ) )
And 3 times a week i have a cup of green tea
I do 30 minutes cardio
10 minutes streching
10 minutes running
it’s a good way to lose weight.
but that diet is going to get extremely boring, FAST.
so mix it up.
eat chicken, fruit salads… baked SWEET potatoes (they’re extremely good for you, and tasty!), and mix it up with spices.
you want to adopt good eating habits, not just follow a diet for a certain amount of time.
with all this info, i’m sure you’ll lose that 10 pounds, no prob ;D
