when i go walking my legs have a weird tingling buring/itching feeling is this normal i started herbalife 1wk?
i usually have my herbal tea concentrate with soy milk in the morning before i go for my early morning walks, been on the health plan a week now. The feeling is very uncomfortable but only last about 20 minutes during my walk, i don’t know what having a hott flash is like but i think it feels maybe like this, but i only get this weird sensation in my legs, i am 28 years and have a normal menstral cycle. please explain.
it might be athletes foot just goto a doctor or a specialist and they will subscribe somthing for you, but the best cure for athlete foot is actually human urine i know it sounds distgusting but its the best fastest and cheapest way to cure it.
