i need help!!! Herbalife!!!?

i am 18 years old, i weight 152 pounds and i started taking herbalife. i am drinking the shakes twice a day. one at 8am and one at 12pm. i am eating a normal meal at dinner and eating fruits in between the shakes. i am also taking the multivitamin and the cell activator tablets. i take 3 cell activator pills and 2 multivitamin pills per day plus the herbal tea concentrate twice a day before the shakes. i also sometimes drink the aloe vera tea. will i really loose weight this way?
and if so.. about how many pounds??

It is difficult to determine without your caloric intake. Also, what is your exercise regiment?

A quick estimate, is you are taking in about 1000-1200 calories (if you are only having one piece of fruit between shakes). Your BMR is about 1400 calories, with an addition of 250-500 calories burned through normal daily activity.

This give you an estimate of 1800 burned per day and 1200 taken in. You will lose about 5 lbs a month on this diet.

If you where to add about one hour of activity 4 times a week, you could almost double that loss.

Remember a few key tips.
MAINTAIN. Success in dieting is achieved over the long run (2 months +).
TREAT. treat yourself once a week with your favorite comfort food. Limit this to about 500 calories.
Don’t go by the scale. Measure your bust, hips, waist and thighs every 2 weeks and document. Also use your mirror and clothing as a measure of success, NOT THE SCALE.
