How to blend herbal tea with rice?
I am making a dish that involves tea infused rice. I have picked out a herbal tea that I like. Do I simply make the tea and add it to the cooking water of the rice or is it a different process?
You could either use the tea in place of cooking water or put the tea bag on top of the rice in the cooker along with plain water.
