Chai tea (starbucks) question?
hi im 14 and a half, and i have trouble falling asleep.
anyway does chai tea have a calming effect? and how MUCH CAFFIENE is there in a (grande) sized cup. i always thought tea relaxed me and made me sleep better. can you get de caff also
There is a significant amount of caffeine in tea, especially in what Starbucks is selling. Your best bet for tea is to get some sleepy time tea from the grocery store. It is cheap and caffeine free. It should help you go to sleep. Other relaxing agents such as chamomile and lavender help as well.
If that doesn’t work, you can get over the counter sleeping aids from health food stores. Get the vitamin supplements with Melatonin, not any of that chemical junk you get from a pharmacy.
