How do they make coffee have a taste like french vanilla before it is ground??
That how my coffee was this morning and i was wondering how they get flavor in the beans
The flavor is dissolved in an alcohol solution and the coffee beans are soaked in it for a period of time before roasting. After soaking, a portion of the alcohol will evaporate and the rest will be eliminated in the roasting process
