Does Green Tea make your body acidic or more alkaline? And does Green Tea help treat indigestion?
I want to keep my body as alkaline as possible, and at the same time keep my Growth Hormone high, and also keep my body loaded with antioxidants and polyphenols. Does Drinking Green Tea have an alkaline effect on your body or acidic effect? I like to go on short fasts frequently (no more than 1 day) and I like to drink Green Tea on an empty stomach.
I’m not sure about the acidic thing ,but I do know that my high blood pressure went down about 10 points in the two months that I have brewed and drank it.
