Is this a good diet?
I recently lost 10 lbs and hit a weight plateau…I need to lose about 10 more lbs and have decided to change my diet and workout to get past the plateau. Here is my diet …tell me what i should add or take away. Thanks…only serious answers please.
Morning Run: 20 min (200 calories)
B: 1/2 Grapfruit
1 cup green tea with 1 splenda
1 pouch unflavored oatmeal (with water instead of milk)
2 prunes
Snack: 1 apple
Lunch: 1/2 Grapefruit
1 c. Special K cereal (regular; no berries)
1/2 C. Skim Milk
S: Granola Bar (optional)
Evening workout: walk at an incline for 45 min (500 calories)
Dinner: 2 Egg whites for 1 egg white omelette
1/4 c sharp cheese
salt and pepper (pinch of each)
1/4 of salsa to top off
2 slices turkey bacon
I only drink water/ Green tea/ or Lipton Green Tea to go with a liter of water.

I would siggest more protein because your only having a little of it and more exersize, after breakfast maybe? But overall this sounds like a great work-out! Good Luck.
