Is this daily pill consumption okay?
I recently have started taking (daily):
-2 fish oil pills
-2 green tea fat burners
- 1 “One A Day-Women’s Active Mind and Active Body” pill
-2 Vitamin C tablets
Can this be almost unhealthy?
No in fact this is a great combination for a healthy lifestyle. You have to remember that with multi vitamins a lot of the vitamins you are taking individually are included in one pill. Always try to take these or any other medications on a full stomach unless directed otherwise.
