I drink 3 to 4 cups of green tea a day and i take a green tea extract supplement. Is it possible for me to be over doing it?
Ok so im gonna change and have 2 cups of green tea a day and my supplement. I drink alot of water everyday but i’ll kick that up a lil.
i would cut it down to 2 cups a day.
be careful.. as healthy as green tea is, too much can actually cause kidney stones!
