can i take green tea extract pills [under the age of 18]?
the package says they’re “not intended for the use of persons under 18″.. but i know a few people who do, and are my age [15].
i already took one. it says to take two, 2 times daily.
should i take a second? or twice daily? etc?

Perhaps take less than stated since you’re not the age the recommendations were made for.
