How to make a cup of good filter coffee?.Is decoction reheating/storing in fridgeharmful?
Can children have a cup of coffee per day?Jus wanted to know if reheating of decoction is O.K & which variety is good for health? Arabika or Robusta?.Recently watched a programme in Times news where the coffee brewer told something relevent to this. Is chicory added to coffee for flavour has any side effects?
The only way to get a REAL GOOD cup of coffee is it must be freshly roasted and grounded. There is no other way. I have tried it all.
The only coffees that ever tasted good and it can be just about any type of whole bean, ground and any brand was that it was FRESH!
I also found out that coffee gets stale FAST. Generally after 3 days it loses its freshness. And when I mean 3 days I mean the quality is ever going down at day ONE. At day 3 it is acceptable, but not fantastic.
CONCLUSION: Buy and drink it FRESH, or get your own green beans, learn to roast, and grind it when you need it. Green beans generally can be kept a year or more under ideal conditions so you get lots of chances for a great roast.
