what is a good electric kettle for loose teas?

i am looking for a good electric kettle that heats water to different temperatures, as certain teas steep best in hotter or cooler water. i found one which seems to be what i want- the zarafina one, http://www.amazon.com/Zarafina-Maker-Suite-Ceramic-Serving/dp/B000HJNJNO

I’ve never heard of tea that steeps better in less than boiling water, unless you’re making sun tea or have a tea designed to brew in cold water. Therefore, any kettle that boils water will do. If you want water that isn’t boiling, turn the kettle off early. Use a thermometer which you can get for less than $10, if the steeping temperature is so important, and buy a kettle that you can easily stick a thermometer into. The tea maker you’re looking at looks like a needlessly expensive and complicated thing to do something simple. I’ve been making tea of all kinds for 50 years with just a kettle.
