Glass Tea Kettle with whistle?
I’ve been looking everywhere for a glass tea kettle with a whistle. I would like to find either an electric one, or a stove top one that has a cool-touch handle. So far I can only find electric glass ones with no whistle or stove top glass ones that have glass handles. I’m afraid that the handle would get really hot to the touch and I hate having to use pot holders to remove a tea kettle. Any suggestions?
Goodman’s sells a stove top model at about $9. The one they carry has a phenolic handle so it will stay cool. I haven’t seen any electric ones with a whistle.
Cruets.com carries the same model… But they want $20 for it!
