Do exercising and drinking tea at the same time really work in losing weight?
See I’ve been drinking green tea so far for 3 days and i lost 5 pound i know that is good but i still want to know if it really work?
There are studies that suggest that green tea boosts metabolism, helps burn fat (mainly due to caffeine), prevents carbohydrates from being converted into fat, and a few other things I can’t think of right now.
Does green tea work? I say yes, but it’s not a magic pill so don’t expect to be able to “see results”. If you use it, use it because it has the potential to aid in weight loss. Whatever you are doing seems to be working for you so there is no reason to stop.
