A friend’s acupuncturist told him green tea was the best thing you could drink. He has always?
drank that Lipton diet citrus green tea drink and now he thinks he is drinking the BEST thing he can drink. I know that the acupuncturist meant actual “green tea” from the tea bag, and NOT a pre-bottled processed green tea with all kinds of additives, not to mention aspartame. Who is right here, my friend who is drinking the pre-bottled Lipton diet citrus green tea or me? [I say the best green tea is the tea from tea bags and not pre-bottled "green tea" with additives and aspartame.] Thank you!!
