Is decaf green tea as good for you as regular green tea?
I want to make sure I am maximizing the benefits of drinking green tea but, I hate the caffine. So I bought de-caf green tea. Does it have as much nutritional benefit as the regular kind?
Bored: Correction…green tea naturally has more caffine in it than a cup of coffee.
Just look at a box. Why do you think they make decaf green tea btw????

Yes, it does, if you are getting green tea with caffine then the caffine is an extra benefit or a so-called extra benefit. The caffine addes to a green tea is probably added to provide energy but a decaf green tea will still have all the anti-oxidant, cancer-fighting properities. Or, if you are drinking it for some of the other benefits like weight loss, lowering your colesterol, the list goes on and on, I’ve heard… you’ll still get the benefits!
