What effects do you think my tea drinking habit has on my overall health (positive and/or negative)?
I’ve been a big tea drinker literally my whole life. My parents used to give me unsweetened (hopefully it was decaf too but I’m thinking it wasn’t) Cains iced tea in a baby bottle – we have pictures of this in a family album.
Since I can remember I’ve drank several glasses, probably about 1/2 a gallon or more, of iced tea and iced green tea every day. I also have a cup or two of chai with vanilla extract and soy milk every morning and usually a cup of chamomile at night, plus 2-3 cups of spearmint tea throughout the day.
I actually think this is positive. People should drank a lot anyway.
