Will I lose a dress size in 3 weeks doing this?
25 mins Wii Yoga + 25 ins Wii Jogging
Breakfast – 100 cal pure fruit&nut bar (no added nasties) + coffee with skimmed milk
25 mins leg/lower body exercises + 25 mins Wii Stepping
Lunch – around 200-300 cals
25 mins upper body/abs exercises + 20 mins cycling (exercise bike with crosstrainer arm bits)
Mid afternoon snack – around 100 cals
Dinner – around 300-400 cals
Evening snack – 100 cals & cup of decaf tea with skimmed milk
What else should I be doing?
How much difference will I see? (I’m not fussed about losing “weight” just size heh!)
I’m currently 5ft9.5, 210lbs, Size 18uk
