What crazy stuff have you made from left overs or extra stuff you just needed to get rid of???

Last night I cooked 3 hot italian sausages, then cooked a noodle side dish (chicken flavored) added a big TBS of tomato paste added some blackening powder, salt and generous amount of pepper (love the stuff) combined it all and had some for lunch today… Not too shabby, I’d actually make it again…

I usually find most left-overs work well between two slices of toasted bread!! The other day I had mexican bean chilli left over so I put in between bread straight into the toastie maker…was scrummy! x
