mild chamomile tea toner?
i found a recipe for a homemade chamomile tea toner on a website;
Chamomile facial toner:
If you would like to have a very mild toner, try chamomile herbal tea.
Put 1 tea bag into 100ml boiling water, remove the bag after 5 minutes.
Apply on the face with a cotton ball. ( Don’t rinse. )
i was wondering if anyone knows if this works ?

Sure, chamomile will work in a pinch as a toner… You won’t get the astringent quality, but it is an excellent anti-oxidant!!
